1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentSight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an agency or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Subscription and Billing

We offer free access, one-time audits, and recurring subscription plans:

• Pro Audits: One-time purchases are billed at the point of sale.
• Subscriptions: Monthly plans are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled via the billing portal.
• Refunds: One-time audit purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the analysis was not completed due to technical failure.

3. AI Accuracy & Limitations

AgentSight provides analysis based on simulated AI crawler behavior and deterministic parsing. You acknowledge that:

• AI visibility scores are comparative metrics, not absolute guarantees of search engine performance.
• Third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) frequently update their algorithms, which may change audit results.
• We are not responsible for any ranking or traffic changes resulting from the implementation of our fix recommendations.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only audit websites you own or have explicit permission to analyze. Automated scraping of the AgentSight dashboard or API is strictly prohibited.
